Instructions

  2. Add Remaining Ingredients
    • Add oats, tahini, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
    • Process for 40–60 seconds until a thick, sticky paste forms.
  3. Shape into Balls
    • With clean hands, roll the mixture into 25 small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
  4. Chill & Serve
    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
